I’m an afternoon tea aficionado & etiquette enthusiast, hotel reviewer & trainer, having created & co-hosted various etiquette events including “Dine Like Downton” with leading etiquette & manners expert, Mr William Hanson.

Afternoon tea etiquette workshops are very unique to MissSueFlay.com and I have also hosted these as presentation-style talks for organisations such as The Shotgun & Chelsea Bun Club, Eat Cambridge Food Festival and American Women of Surrey.
